The mapping of processes by Banach Outsourcing specialists consists in describing individual, previously defined processes occurring within a given organization and taking place between a given company and its stakeholders, on models. This is done through the synthesis of previously collected analytical material, in order to identify areas for improvement and to allow for improvements.
